Pick Up
Church office pick up hours are Monday-Thursday 8:30 am-1:30 pm.  If you need a pick up time other than when the church office is open or wish to request a delivery, please indicate in the comment/special instructions section of the order form.

Orders Payment
Please fill out the order form and then your order begins processing for pick up or shipping.   You will receive an invoice through email which you may pay online or by mail.  Please pay upon receipt of invoice.

Thank you for supporting the United Methodist Men’s Peanut Ministry!  The collection from sales goes to missional projects at Madison UMC and in the community.  If you wish to recycle your jar(s) once empty, please return to the church office.
